Questions, answered

The short version: 21+ with ID, cash on delivery, within 12 miles of downtown Minneapolis. Still stuck? Text us at (000) 000-0000.

What do I need when my order arrives?

A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID showing you're 21 or older. The name on the ID has to match the name on the order. Your driver checks it at the door on every order.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery only. Nothing is charged online and we never ask for card details. Please have the exact amount ready if you can.

Where do you deliver?

Anywhere within 12 miles of downtown Minneapolis. Up to 8 miles is standard delivery; from 8 to 12 miles is extended delivery, which has a higher delivery fee. Orders of $200 or more are delivered free in both. Use the map in the Service area section to check your address.

Is there an order minimum? When is delivery free?

The minimum order is $50. Orders of $200 or more get free delivery; the meter in your cart shows how close you are.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 45–75 minutes. We'll text the mobile number on your order to confirm your delivery window.

What are your hours?

Monday–Thursday 10am–9pm, Friday–Saturday 10am–9:45pm, Sunday 11am–7pm. Last call for orders is 30 minutes before close.

Can I add gate codes or delivery instructions?

Yes. There's an "Order notes" box at checkout for gate codes, parking tips, or anything else your driver should know.

What if I'm not home when the driver arrives?

We can't leave orders at the door or hand them to anyone else. The person named on the order has to be there to show ID, so we'll reach out to reschedule.
